These terms govern your use of LLMTest, operated by PixelGrid. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

LLMTest provides an AI model proxy, benchmarking tools, and an MCP server that help developers optimise AI model usage. The service is provided "as is" and may change at any time.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
• One account per person or organisation. Do not share API keys publicly.

3. Credits and Billing

• LLMTest operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are deducted per API call based on model pricing plus a service markup.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credits do not expire.
• If your balance reaches zero, API calls will be rejected until you top up.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use LLMTest to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure.
• Resell access to the proxy without written permission.
• Violate the terms of any underlying model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause interruptions. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

LLMTest and all related software, designs, and content are owned by PixelGrid. You retain ownership of any data you send through the proxy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
