LLMTest is operated by PixelGrid. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: email address and hashed password when you sign up.
• Usage data: API calls routed through the LLMTest proxy, including model used, token counts, latency, and cost. Prompt and response content is not stored.
• Billing data: payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and credit balance.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, request timestamps) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the LLMTest service — routing API calls, tracking usage, and running benchmarks.
• To manage your account and process payments.
• To send transactional emails (email verification, payment receipts). We do not send marketing emails.
• To improve the service through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• AI model providers — your API requests are forwarded to model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) for processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Railway — infrastructure hosting.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs (call metadata, not content) are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@llmtest.io.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app.
